I ordered a sweatshirt and received a t-shirt with the same design on accident. Reached out and was hoping to do an exchange or just refund the difference. They got back to me within a day and immediately shipped out the sweatshirt I had ordered and insisted I keep the t-shirt as a gift even after I offered to send it back. The shirts are both very sturdy, comfortable, and true to size. I ordered a hat alongside and it is super cute and warm. Will be purchasing from here again!!! : )
